You may have been following Kate Middleton and her husband these past few days as they made their trip through India and Bhutan in the Asian continent. You probably have noticed that she has kept to her stylish yet elegant dressing and that her hairstyles were also served one after another, all being quite enviable, just to state. We have lined up every single one of her great hairdos, be they up-dos or down-dos for you to check and tips on how to achieve these so you can rush to your salon for your next trip or date!
Look 1 – The Classic Blowout
The blowout is not new, but Kate did the do perfectly with bouncy curls at the bottom of the tresses. Kate wore this do at a somber memorial for the 2008 victims of the Mumbai terror attack.
You can recreate this look using a simple blow drier, some oil and a curling iron.
Look 2 – The Chignon with a knot
The chignon is also not new, but Kate upped it with a knot at the back. This is an up-do that is quite pristine and requires just a little skill to get.
You can do this by holding your hair in a ponytail at the nape of your neck and then roll sections of your ponytail upwards and when finished, use a pin to secure the knot. You should also use a hold spray to help the do stay longer.
Look 3 – Smooth waves
Kate rocked some sleek waves with a side parting. You can also achieve this look by using a blow drier and a tong. Part your hair and then blow dry each section carefully, preferably using a round brush. Then tong you hair from the face and going outwards, away from your face to achieve a sleek, nice wave.
Look 4 – The casual half-up do
This look is quite easy to achieve. It a half up and half down hair do that most people are capable of pulling out easily. Here you simply pull back the sides and then pin them at the back of your head.
Look 5 – Twisted Tendrils
This look is similar to the forth one, except that after pulling back the sides, twist the hair a little before finally pinning it at the back of your hair.
Look 6 – Boho Waves
Who doesn’t like the boho chic look? Kate did this great number by combining a half up do and half down do with beachy waves, which you can achieve using a MagicurlGrand Wand.
